We are so excited that you’ve decided to join us on our next adventure to Belize. Be ready to create amazing memories, make lifelong friends, take time for yourself, explore, relax and replenish!
This page will provide you with up-to-date info, documents, itinerary changes, optional excursions, etc. as details become available. As we get closer to the date of departure, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to review specifics and answer any outstanding questions. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Tracy with any questions, issues or concerns.

Your next steps:
- Complete and submit your Retreat Agreement (click on button below). This will confirm your reservation. You will not be confirmed until you complete it in full.
- Purchase and submit a copy of your Trip Protection. This must be submitted within 14 days of your registration. Please keep in mind, there are NO refunds given for any payments that have been made. There will be no exceptions. Things can happen unexpectedly, that’s why Trip Protection is mandatory. You may purchase this on your own or purchase one of the below LeisureCare options. Simply let me know and I’ll add it to your reservation.

- Let me know if you’d like to extend your stay at Thatch Caye (1 or 2 nights add-on)
- Let me know if you have any food allergies or sensitivities.
- Select your Optional Excursions and/or request Massage Treatment(s) – as they become available
- Yoga mats: Thatch Caye has mats and props available, while Jade Jungle has some ‘loved’ mats and suggests practicing with a towel over their mats. If you’d like to purchase a Manduka Travel Mat, I will add it to your registration and deliver it to you upon arrival at Jade. The discounted price for this is $40 plus tax.

- International airfare
- Trip insurance
- Private airport transfer (arrival outside of shared transfer times)

- Non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverages at Jade Jungle (honor system bar available)
- Premium drinks at Thatch Caye
- Optional 1 or 2 night add-on at Thatch Caye (prices will vary)

Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to leave the retreat early there are no refunds or pro-rating of days. We understand there are things in life beyond our control, therefore Trip/Travel Insurance is compulsory.
Trip/Travel Insurance
Trip/Travel Insurance is required to participate in our Retreat. Should something unexpected happen, this will provide you with the confidence that your trip will be covered. You must send proof of your Trip/Travel Insurance within 14 days after booking your reservation. We highly recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” provision be added to your policy.
IMPORTANT: Please note, all taxes ARE included in the quoted retreat price. Upon check-out, you will see the 6.35% taxes added to your total due to a software limitation. Prices will be adjusted to compensate for that.
