Twisted Dog Yoga is located in the heart of Colchester, just down the road from Red Rose Cafe. You’ll right next to the Airline Trail Spur. There’s plenty of parking available…pop in for a class and you’ll discover our modern, yet cozy space!

Our studio is open 20 minutes before and after our scheduled classes. If you’d like to check out the studio, please contact us to schedule a time or try our New Student Special and join us for class! Please refrain from entering the studio while classes are in session.
