Cancellation + Waitlist policies

We love having you as a member of our Twisted Dog Yoga community! As classes are filling up, we’d like to ask everyone to be mindful of attendance. We strongly recommend you pre-register for class. We do allow drop-ins, but classes may be full / at capacity and you may not be able to attend. For Workshops, Events and Series, you must pre-register as there may be a minimum number of participants required to hold the session(s). 

Classes: If you have reserved a spot and are unable to attend, you must cancel at least 4 hours before the start of class to allow others to join. If you do NOT cancel within the 4 hours and/or do not attend, you will be responsible for paying in full for the full class you missed ($10 for unlimited month members / new student passes or the applicable pass used to book your class for passholders / 5x per month members). 

Workshops, Series, Events:  All Workshops, Series, and Events are non-refundable, but may be converted into Studio credit upon request. Notification of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours before the start of the Workshop, Series, or Event to receive credit.

Classes: If you choose to join the waitlist for a fully booked class, you will automatically be added to the class up to 2 hours before the start of class if there is a cancellation. If you do NOT want to be added or decide you are unable to join before the 2 hours, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are moved up from the waitlist into class and do not attend or cancel within the 2 hours before the start of class, you will be responsible for paying in full for the class you missed ($10 for unlimited monthly members / new student passes or the applicable pass used to book your class for passholders / 5x per month members). If you have not been moved into class from the waitlist, please check to see if there have been any last-minute cancellations that may free up a spot within the 2-hour window before class.

Workshops, Series, Events: If you choose to join the waitlist for a fully booked Workshop, Series or Event, please note you will automatically be added to the Workshop, Series or Event up to 8 hours prior to the start if there is a cancellation. If you do NOT want to be added or decide you are unable to join prior to the 8 hours, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are moved up from the waitlist into class and you do not attend or cancel within the 8 hours prior to the start of class, you will be responsible for paying in full for the session you missed. If you have not been moved into the Workshop, Series or Event from the waitlist, please check to see if there have been any last-minute cancellations which may free up a spot within the 8-hour window before class.

Winter / Severe Weather Policy

If there is inclement or severe weather on the way, please be sure to check your emails / online schedule for any updates. If you’ve registered for a class and it’s cancelled, you’ll receive a text and/or email as soon as we know. If you’re not sure always check our online schedule …and don’t forget to refresh your browser! We want to ensure the safety of both our teachers and clients.
