Kids benefit greatly from a practice of mindfulness and yoga. It helps calm the mind and body, teaches compassion and body awareness and can improve their self-esteem.

 

There is a growing body of research that is showing yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.
