Private Yoga therapy Sessions
Assisting in personal growth and transformation
Yoga therapy sessions are suited to anyone who wishes to go deeper in their practice, or anyone experiencing chronic pain or a specific condition caused by spinal compression. These sessions will be conducted by Kathy Monte, LMT, RYT, CET.
Private Yoga: A one-on-one session to take you through poses to release your spine, “tweaking” your practice for the best effectiveness.
Pose Therapy: We will move through therapeutic poses to release specific areas of pain or discomfort.
Embodyment Therapy: A gentle hands-on technique to release the tightest tensions in your spine, helping to alleviate pain – neck, back, headaches, sciatica, scoliosis and more.
Craniosacral Therapy: A gentle technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
